I've been taking my Westie when possible to Temple of Groom for the last few years. She always comes out looking fabulous. They treat her gently, and she's allowed to interact with the other dogs that are there, which she loves. I recently took her for a bath & full groom. She's only 20 lbs and is never matted. I was shocked when I was told that their new pricing for the service was $95! A couple of weeks later, the owner contacted me via text and said I had been incorrectly charged and was due a $15 credit, which I could use on our next visit! I really appreciated this.
